CENTER—Funeral services for John Franklin Beck, 88, are to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from Mangum Funeral Chapel. Burial is to be in Shelbyville Cemetery.
Mr. Beck, a retired farmer and native of Shelby County, died Friday (June 28, 1957), after a lengthy illness.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Beulah Beck, Center; one son, Albert Beck, Center; two daughters, Mrs. L. B. Bradberry, Port Arthur, and Mrs. F. M. Boles, Kirbyville; one sister, Mrs. Vallie Baker, Houston; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
