Lettie Mae Nichols, 95, of Kennett, died Monday, May 27, 2002, in South Haven, Mich.
Born March 22, 1907 in Durant, Miss., daughter of the late John H. and Susie Aldridge Shine, she was a member of First Baptist Church.
She married Roy Nichols, Nov. 21, 1925 Holly Michigan. He preceded her in death 1966.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Saturday, June 1, at McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Ed Jansson officiating.
Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
Pallbearers were Doug Atkins, Dave Atkins, Marty Fowler, Larry Privett, Ralph Lamkin and Phil Tinsman.
She was the sister of Y.C. Shine,
Thomas Shine, Martha (Shine)Rodgers, & Connie (Shine) Bain.
