Jay Hugh Moses, on April 5, 2004.

The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at
First Church of God, in Latonia, with visitation to begin at the church at 10:00
a.m. and last until the time of the funeral service. Interment will be in Battle
Grove Cemetery, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to: First Church
of God, 524 West Southern Avenue, Latonia, KY 41015. Connley Brothers Funeral
Home, in Latonia, is serving the family.
