Funeral services for Loyd Chancey, 71, of Route 3, Ozark, will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at Webb City church, Burial will be at Cemetery Ridge. Mr. Chancey died Tuesday at Turner Memorial hospital (Ozark, AR) after an extended illness. Born August 7, 1903, in Franklin County, he was the son of Calvin and Alice Nolan Chancey. Survivors include his wife Gladys McKensie Chancey; three sons, L.D. of Pixley, Calif., Alvin Lee of Russellville and Sherman of Ozark; two brothers, Ed of Fort Smith and Grady of Ozark; one sister, Mrs. Willie Wisdom of Ozark; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
