Carl William "Bill" Dice, 82, of Veedersburg, Indiana, died at 8:16 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at St. Vincent Hospital in Williamsport, Indiana.
He was born in Veedersburg, Indiana to Joseph T. and Bertha Rogers Dice. He married Eleanor J. Howard Oct. 17, 1947, in Veedersburg. She survives.
He is also survived by his son, Steven C. Dice, Covington; daughter, Debbie Bell (husband, Darryl), Veedersburg; sister, Dorothy Dice, Veedersburg; four grandchildren, Casey Jumps, Mark Dice, Jed Bell, Micah Bell and six great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
