Arlow Conley Anderson, 71, of Elwood, died July 4, 1986, at his home in Elwood of cardiac arrest.

He was born Aug. 16, 1914, in Bear River City, a son of Clarence LeRoy and Martha Jorgensen Anderson.

He was reared and educated in Bear River City and attended Bear River High School.

He married Fontella (Faunie) Hansen July r7, 1937, in Brigham City.

He was an elder in the Elwood LDS Ward.

He had owned and operated his farm after moving to Elwood in 1941. In later years, he had worked for Wayne and Dallas Sandall on their Promontory Ranch.

Survivoring are his wife of Elwood, two sons and two daughters, Reed Arlow Anderson, Torrance, Calif., Gary Lynn Anderson, Roy; Mrs. Johnnie (Sherrie Ann) Chournos, Connie Ray Pierce. both of Tremonton; and l0 grandchildren.

Also surviving are three brothers and two sisters, Merlin Anderson, Brigham City; Blaine N. Anderson, Dwight R. Anderson, Ilah Anderson, all of Bear River City, Mrs. Edward (Elva) Jackley, Sun City, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by twin sons and four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at the Elwood LDS Ward noon Wednesday with Bishop Mack R. Hansen officiating.

Friends may call at Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton Wednesday from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m.

Interment, Bear River City Cemetery.
