Mrs. Sarah Ellen Beck died at the family home in Bentonville Monday at the age of seventy-four years. Heart trouble, from which she has been suffering for some time, was given as the cause of her death. The funeral services were held at the M.E. Church, South Tuesday afternoon, Rev. H.C. Hoy officiating. Mrs. Beck leaves three sons, Arlie C. of this city, Branson of Osawatomie, Kans. and James Beck of Auburn, Nebr., two daughters Misses Nora and Della Beck, also of this place.[Benton County Record - Bentonville, Benton County, Arkansas - December 10, 1920]
