William Michael Bond

Milford, Beaver County - William Michael Bond, 60, died here Friday morning of complications following a major operation.

Mr. Bond was born Sept. 2, 1880, at Hatton, Millard county, Utah, a son of William Samuel and Armena Bond. On May 30, 1917, he married E. A. Frances Robertson in the Manti Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple. Several years after the death of his first wife he married Mrs. Rose Sly, on Apr 15, 1944. He had been active in the LDS church throughout his life and served a term as president of the second quorum of elders and for many years was secretary of that group.

Besides his wife, survivors include his mother, Mrs. Armena Bond; three daughters, Mrs. Wilma Stroud, New Orleans; Mrs. Arvilla Williams, Garrison, Millard county; Mrs. Ruth R. Limb, South Milford; three step sons and four step daughters. Jim, Don and Doyle Sly, all of Milford; Mrs. Dorothy Stahl and Mrs. Nola White, South Milford; Mrs. Iola Delewis, Manderfield; Aleeh Lowder, Springville, and three granddaughters.
