Nellie's parents were Carl "August" Blaue and Katherine Wilhelmina "Minna" (Pelster) Blaue. Nellie married Sam Hoover on 27 Dec 1905 in Kalama, Cowlitz county, Washington. Nellie and Sam had three children: Thelma LaVerne born 1907, Helen Mae born 1910 and Melford Samuel born 1916.
I believe Nellie's siblings to be: Eda K.L. Blaue, Frank Henry Louis Blaue, Isabelle Lila E. Blaue, and Anna Caroline Frances Blaue.
