WEDNESDAY SERVICES FOR LAURENCE HALL

(veteran)

Lawrence W. Hall, 73, a lifetime resident of Arlington, Nebr., passed away at the Dodge County Hospital early Sunday, April 13th. He was born at Arlington, Dec. 20, 1895, the eldest of eleven, children of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Hall.

He enlisted in the Army during World War I and spent time overseas in France. He returned to Arlington and was employed at Marshall Nurseries until his retirement.

He was married to Maude Menking in 1920. He was a member of American Legion, Leslie Downs Post #71, and the Arlington Volunteer Fire Dept.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors include his widow, son, Merle of Fremont; daughters, Mrs. Joe Wilkins (Marilyn) of Fremont; Mrs. L. R. Rosenkilde (Eleanor) and Mrs. Gerald Fagerquist, (Patricia), both of Arlington; brothers, Charles of Arlington; Glenn of Joshua Tree, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Bob Marsh (Celia) of Brooklyn, New York; Mrs. Walt Sisson (Clarice) of Joshua Tree, Calif; Mrs. Roy Neal (Eva) of Newport Beach, Calif.; Mrs. George McAllister (Marjorie) of Glendale, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Wednesday at the United Church of Christ with Rev. Leo Zillig officiating.

Committal in Arlington Cemetery with Military graveside service. Reckmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
