HARRY EDWIN ALLEY - PASCAGOULA NATIVE DIES ON VISIT HERE
Harry Edwin Alley, native of Pascagoula but resident of Biloxi for 23 years, died suddenly Mar 5 while visiting relatives in Pascagoula. He was 63 years old.
He had two sisters, Mesdames B.J. Dick and J.A. Nix and an uncle, N. W. Alley, living in Pascagoula.
Funeral services were conducted from O'Keefe Funeral Home Monday followed by requiem Mass at St John's Catholic Church. Burial was in Seymour [William] Cemetery all in Biloxi.
He is survived by his widow, Amelia Fountain Alley; four sons, Edwin N., Earl D., and Donald J., Biloxi, and Orion F., Gulfport.
Five daughters, Mrs. Howard Franklin and Mrs James Slinkard, Flint, Mich., and Mrs. James Burton, Annette and Deborah Alley, Biloxi; a brother, Willie, Gulfport; 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
