On Christmas day in 1906, Alice Marie Vierick was born to Henry and Ernestine "Foresther" Vierick in Nashville, NY, which is a hamlet within the German settlement of Wheatfield in Niagara County, NY. She was one of five children. She married Glenn Raymond Curtis and had six children. She enjoyed tending her flower gardens and being with her family. She was taken away far too soon in 1969.
