Edna Altenhofel

Resurrection Mass for Edna Ellen Altenhofel will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, in St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Rev. Anthony B. Taylor, celebrant.

Mrs. Altenhofel was born March 20, 1900 in Custer County and died April 28 in San Luis Obispo, Calif., at the age of 85. She was married to Edward Altenhofel in 1946 and he preceded her in death April 16, 1983. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She was a past member of the Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge.

She is survived by two daughters, Doloras Henderson of Rosamond, Calif., and Pat Thompson of Arroyo Grande, Calif.; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Burial will be Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Savage Funeral Home.
