Lynn Welton Bean
Lynn Welton Bean 95 of Baker, WV passed away on Friday March 6, 2009 in Grant County Nursing Home, Petersburg, WV.
Born on December 2, 1913 in Baker, he was the son of the late Jessie and Lillie (Snarr) Bean.
He was a lifetime farmer and had worked for Hawse Food Market for 50 years. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn L. (Tusing) Bean, a son, Keith Bean and wife Mary Ellen of Granbury, Texas, a granddaughter, Phaedra Retnam and husband Dave of Mansfield, Texas, a sister, Helen Bott of Front Royal, VA and 2 great- grandchildren , Devin and Mia.
He was preceded in death along with his parents a brother, Blair Bean and a sister Marie Baker.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday March 10, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in the McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Baker, WV with Pastor Rebecca Bennett and Pastor Loretta Brinker officiating. Interment will follow in Asbury Cemetery Baker, WV.
The family will receive friends on Monday 2-4 &7-9 at the funeral home.
All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.
