Note - It is suggested that the broken headstone next to Quitman S. F. Bailey is the burial place of Wm Hubbard and Cynthia. I spoke with the cemetery manager and he was telling me that there had been a history of vandalism in the past. Since Quitman passed at such a young age (34), and his widow moved to south GA, it is likely that WM and Cynthia would be placed beside him.
