Services for Lori A. Farrar, 34, Ottawa, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Wilson and Son Funeral Chapel in Paola with the Rev. Marty McPheran officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Paola.
Ms. Farrar died Monday, Sept. 25, 1995, in an automobile accident on Highway 59 in Douglas County.
She was born Oct. 1, 1960, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Richard M. Radford and Nancy Marcella Holtsclaw. She had lived in the Ottawa area since 1978.
Survivors include a son, Michael Farrar, of the home; and two brothers, Robert M. Radford, Miami, Okla., and Rocky Radford, Lawrence.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral chapel, where the family will meet with friends.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society. They may be sent in care of Wilson and Son Funeral Home, 305 N. Pearl, Box 204, Paola 66071.
