Emery Branning January 4, 1936, 77, formerly of Narrowsburg, NY, a retired lumberman, died Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harold Lord, at Deposit, where he had lived in recent years. The funeral servies were held Wednesday at one o'clock at Bushfield & Tyler's Funeral Parlors, Hancock, NY, and three o'clock at Indian Orchard church. Interment was made at the latter place.
Surviving are his wife, five sons and five daughters, Emmett, Miles, and Wilber Branning of Equinunk, PA; Ross of Hancock, NY; Jesse of Binghamton, NY; Mrs. Ralph Hadden, of Cold Springs, Pa; Mrs. Harold Lord, Deposit, NY; Mrs. Frank Van Fleet, Kirkwood; Mrs. Joseph Morrell, Hancock, NY; Miss Sarah Branning of Ilion; also one brother, Adelbert Branning (Delbert) Scranton, PA; and one sister, Mrs. Wm. Mott of White Mills, PA
