It is with sorrow that we report the death of our esteemed friend, George Hamilton, who lived with his parents two miles west of Matlock. Mr. Hamilton was about 30 years old and was loved and respected by all who knew him for his smiling face, his winning ways and his honest heart. Many burning tears were dropped in the cold grave as his remains were laid to rest. His grief-stricken parents have the heart-felt sympathies of all.
