Clyde Everett Chaplin, son of Russel and Ida Chaplin, was born January 19, 1930. His death came after an illness of hemorrhagic measles on March 11, 1931.
While his stay on earth was short he endeared himself to all who he came in contact with. A sweet flower given for awhile.
He leaves to mourn his death, a sorrowing father and mother and one brother and four grandparents, one great grandmother and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted at Mt. Pleasant church Thursday, Maarch 12, by C. B. Johnston of Calhoun. Interment in the cemetery near-by.
