Services were Monday, Oct. 28, at 2 p.m. at McMillan Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Wilburn Sharp and Bro Johnny Sherrill officiating. Burial was in East Marietta Cemetery.
Mr. Aldridge was a retired factory worker and a member of the Freewill Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Vera Fleming Aldridge, three sons, Ellis Ray Aldridge and Truman Wayne Aldridge both of Booneville and L. D. Jackson of Marietta; six daughters, Evie Millsaps and Nina Faye Mason, both of Booneville, Bernice Fugitt of Thrasher, Barbara Gail Nash and Janice Stroupe, both of Ripley and Phyllis Peters of Baldwyn; one brother, Lunsford Aldridge of Tuscumbia Ala.: one sister, Flora Taylor of Tuscumbia, Ala.; 27 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and five great step-grandchildren.
