Mary Kathleen (Lemley) Mayfield, 89, of Madison Avenue, Morgantown passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Mt. Morris, PA on August 21, 1925, the daughter of the late Phineas and Winona (Headley) Lemley.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Keith Mayfield, who passed away in 2005, three brothers, Clarence, James and Edward Lemley two sisters, Luretta Hess and Madelon Minor.
Family and friends will be received at Christian Missionary & Alliance Church, 308 Elmhurst Street, Morgantown on Friday, from 9a.m until the time of the service at 10:45am with Pastor Douglas Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
