She was born to David D. and Marie Peters in Dallas.
She attended elementary school at Orchard View, graduated from Dallas High School and then attended Oregon State University, majoring in homemaking.
She was a member of Evangelical Bible Church in Dallas.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 27 at Evangelical Bible Church, 1175 S.E. Howe St., in Dallas. Interment will be at Salt Creek Cemetery, following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to EBC for the church's foreign missions program.
Bollman Funeral Home in Dallas is handling the arrangements.
