Jessie was born on September 30, 1984 in Alva, the daughter of Matt and Audrey "Suzy" Wilson Lyons and departed this life on Friday, July 29, 2005 at rural Woodward. After her birth in Alva, Jessie and her family lived in Idaho for a number of years and had moved back to Cherokee in 1992. Jessie graduated from Cherokee High School and had sung in the choir while a student there. She had lived in Woodward since April 2005 where she worked for Telesis as a bank route carrier.
Those left who will cherish Jessie�s memory are her parents, Matt and Suzy Lyons of Woodward; her brother, Levi of Cherokee; two sisters, Lindsey of Woodward and Jennifer and her family, Logan Judd and son, Merric, of Helena; her grandparents, Bill and Mary K. Wilson of Ames, Jack and Juanell Lyons of Ames and Irene Stephens of Turkey, Texas as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jessie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Barbara Wilson and her grandfather, Morris Stephens.
