OBITUARY
Hazel L England, age 61, Middlesboro, KY, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009, at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born March 19, 1948 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Charles and Goldie Sutton England. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Charles Levi England, Jr. and two sisters, Alma Ruth Jacoby and Retha Mae England.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina (Curt) Johnson; three sons: Marshall (Joann) Kersey, Charles (Angela) Kersey, and Jason Laws; grandchildren: Curtis Lee (Raven) Johnson, Jr., Erica Marie Johnson, William Raymond Eugene Kersey, Brandon Daniels, Sharon Howard, Jason Lee Laws, Jr. and Ashley Marie Laws; one great-granddaughter, Aliyah Marie Johnson; Five sisters: Viola Wylette Helton, Betty Lou Whitaker, Barbara Ann Smith, Christine Ellison, and Carolyn Marlow; one brother, Jerry Lee England and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Boyd Gray officiating. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, October 2, 2009 at Hensleys Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel.
