Jason Robert Tipton, 35, of Boise, Idaho, formerly of North Stonington, passed away suddenly on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009,
He was born in Westerly on Dec. 8, 1973, to Sherry Lee Main and John Robert Tipton.
He graduated from Wheeler High School.
He enjoyed fishing and playing soccer.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Janeen Tipton, and son, Devin Jason Tipton, age 11; and siblings, Adam, Chad, Ashley, Johnny and Lauren.
He was a victim of murder.
