Thomas E. Beverley 78, of Indianapolis, passed away September 30, 2009. He was born August 7, 1931 in Indianapolis to Edward J. and June (Shank) Beverley. His wife of 47 years, Catherine Beverley, and his parents preceded him in death. Tom was a 1949 graduate of Arsenal Tech High School. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 38 years. Tom was a gold card member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch #39. a member of American Legion Post #119, Greenfield, and a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Tom is survived by his son, Scott (Donna) Beverley; daughter, Janet K. (Barry) Taylor; grandchildren, Jordyn, Jessica, and Craig Taylor, and Katie Beverley; great-granddaughter, Alexus Hilderbrand; sisters, Nancy (Sam) Schuch, Rosemary (Dave) Moeller, and Carol Beverley.
