Ruth Axtell, 100, died at Palm Garden of Vero Beach. She was born in Cleveland and lived in Vero Beach since 1987, coming from Montclair, NJ.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Star Lodge in Newark, NJ.
Survivors include her daughter, Dale Axtell; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew C. Axtell; and son, Drew C. Axtell.
