He is survived by three brothers, Robert L. Cummins, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA, Gary Wayne Cummins of Paducah, KY and Bruce Lynn Cummins of Grand Rivers, KY; two nephews, Ronald Cummins, Jr. and Devin Cummins; three nieces, Melissa Cummins, Caitlin Cummins and Carli Cummins.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Edward Cummins and Kevin Cummins. His parents were Robert L. Cummins, Sr. and Doris Lee Lampley Cummins.
