Harley Frank Grizzle, a machinist by occupation, moved to Vader in 1948. He was a member of various organizations: Teamsters Union Brotherhood of Maintenance Employers of Seattle 310, Ridgedale Masonic Lodge 660 of Chattanooga, TN, and the Chattanooga Trout and Game Assn.

He is survived by his widow, Floy, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Gilman, Toledo, and Mrs. Carolyn Nolan, Vader; three sons, Leon, Toledo; Leonard, Castle Rock, and John, Toledo; his father, Juan W. Grizzle, Calhoun, GA; two brothers, Paul, Calhoun, and Ed, Carterville, GA; three sisters, Mrs. Zula Gravitt, Mrs. Beulah Wright, and Mrs. Zorbell Taylor, all of Calhoun, and 13 grandchildren.

Rev. Joseph Meyer officiated at the funeral at Fir Lawn Funeral Chapel, Toledo; interment at Little Falls Cemetery, Vader, with Masonic graveside services by the Vader Masonic Lodge.
