Rites for 4 Monroe Crash Victims Slated Wednesday-Sept 17, 1969-Monroe Methodist Chruch,Monroe--Services for Burton Riley Hawkins, 25, his two daughters, Penny Kay, 4, and Stephanie Day, 2, and his sister Jane Hawkins, 19, all of Monroe, who were victims of a car-truck crash in Dallas County Saturday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church, Monroe.
The Rev. Warren McFate, minister of the United Methodist Church; the Rev. John Porter, minister of the Presbyterian Church; and Elder Arthur Nichols of the Latter Day Saints Church, all of Monroe, will officiate. Burial will be in Silent City Cemetery, Monroe.
Prayer service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Monroe Garden Chapel.
