Ina Mae Barnett was born on April 1, 1930 to Buck and Julia anna (Flores) Freeman at Mission, Texas, And passed away on Friday, September 11,2009 at Sentinel, Oklahoma.
Ina Mae graduated from Sentinel High School in 1948. She attended nursing school and received her LPN degree and worked full time as a nurse for 36 yrs, then worked part-time at the Community Action Center in Sentinel for seven yrs. She also was a volunteer for the Sentinel 911 for many yrs.
Ina Mae was blessed with 7 children: Tena, Kathia Jodia, Vicky, Buck, Benny and Bill
Ina Mae was a member of the Northeast Church of Christ at Sentinel and she also was a member of the American Legion auxiliary and of the Order of the Eastern Star, Oklahoma Chapter.
Ina mae is survived by her seven chickren, Tena Barnett Studdard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kathia Cates of Dill City, Ok, Jodia Housley and her husband Joe, of Sentinel, ok, Vicky Barnett of Bethany, Ok, Buck Barnett and his wife, Julie, of Sentinel, Ok, Benny Barnett and his wife, Carol of Sentinel, Ok, and Bill Barnett and his wife Lori of Sentine, Ok; one brother, Wayne Freeman and his wife, LaFern of Sentinel, One brother-in-law, Bob McAlister of Fort Worth, Texas; 27 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and a host of many other family and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Buck and Julia Freeman; one brother Ray Freeman; one sister Joyce McAlister
