Ann Cox, 56, of Norman, Okla., formerly of Paris, died there Thursday, 8 Feb 1990. Graveside services and burial were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, 17 Feb., at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Barrus officiating. Gene Roden's Sons had charge of local arrangements.
Mrs. Cox was born 21 Oct 1933, in Enloe, a daughter of Odell and Dollie Caroline Burns Askew. She married Thomas Aubrey Cox on 24 Nov 1954. She was a revenue officer with the Treasury Department and was a member of the Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Randall L. Cox; a daughter, Lorna Caroline Gardneer; her mother and father; a son-in-law, Herb Gardner; and a granddaughter, Morgan Merdith Gardener.
