Specialist Fourth Class Donald Lee Gibson, age 23, was from Milford, Delaware.

He served with C Co, 2nd Bn, 27th Infantry, 25th Inf Div, USARV as a Infantryman.

He was "Killed In Action" as the result of an Explosive Device (Grenade, Mine, Booby Trap, etc.) in the Gia Dinh Province, South Vietnam.

He was awarded the " Silver Star " and the Purple Heart.

Donald is located : Line 51W Panel, row l0 on the Vietnam War Wall, Washington, D.C.
