Martin married Linda Wilkerson on August 4, 1978 in Idabel OK. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and working on cars. He was a NASCAR and OU football fan. He worked for the Harry Houston Oil Company in Idabel for twenty years and the Binger Oil Company for the past seven years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Idabel, OK
He was preceded in death by his parents, Waldo and Margaret Becker; and a brother Vernon Becker.
Martin Becker is survived by his wife, Linda Becker of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law Carol Becker of Idabel, OK, and Michelle and Jesus Sandoval of Oceanside, CA; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Rowland Becker of Florida, and Leon and Lisa Becker of Florida; a sister and brother-in-law, Elsie and Dick Wynkoop of Grahnsville, NY; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 14, 2009 at the First Baptist Church, Idabel, OK. Bro. Britt Lesley and Bro. Shawn Robertson will officiate. Interment will be at the Denison Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Sunday evening from 2 ' 4 PM at Brumley Funeral Home, Broken Bow.
