Born April 2, 1917, in Marshfield, IN, she had lived in Attica for many years and resided in Country Care for the past four years. She attended school in Attica.
She was first married to Frank Jones; he preceded her in death in 1952. Her second marriage was to John L. Towell in 1960, in Danville, IN, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 1971. Mrs. Towell worked for many years at Radio Material Corp. in Attica.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters, Genevieve Hayden, Hazel Nolen, Ina Weldon, and Martha Reynolds; three brothers, George, Bill and Frank Hutson.
