He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dr. Pauline E.; 5 daughters, 2 sons, his mother, Olive Asher and 13 grandchildren. Visitation 5-7 pm Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 at E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home 4100-16th St. N. Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009 at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church 4901-5th Ave. No. with Dr. Mike Ramage officiating.
