Her siblings were Frederick, of Hartland, and Wilhamine "Minnie" of Saline, Kansas, and Charles Hibner also came to Michigan as a young man, and served in the Michigan Volunteer Infantry Co K 5th Regiment, during the Civil War. Charles and his wife are buried nearby.
