Mrs. Harbaugh was born Elsie Mae Jackson on Oct. 26, 1923, in LaCygne, Kansas. She was a homemaker. She married Fred Bronson Harbaugh on Sept. 12, 1943, in New Orleans.
Survivors include her husband, Fred B., of Salina; two sons, Rod of Ardmore, Okla., and Tim of Soldotna, Alaska; three sisters, Pansy "Pat" Hoops of Salina, Ellen Stanton of Denver and Jo Ann Mettlan of Lucas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
