Steven Paul Lynch
Steven Paul Lynch, 46, of Selbyville, DE, departed from this life into the waiting hands of God and family on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Born in Milford, DE, he was the beloved son of the late Linford and Mae Mumford Lynch. Steven was born with an immunodeficiency which left him susceptible to illness. He overcame some of life's obstacles and graduated from Sussex Central High School in 1983. He also owned and operated his own business, Steve's Yard Sales from his home on Bethany Road in Selbyville for many years. He was also a long time member of the Lower Sussex Fantasy Football League.
He leaves behind a sister, Melinda Lynch McCabe and her husband Randy of Frankford; a brother, Gregory Lynch and his wife Entella of Dover; a sister, Marilyn Lynch of Selbyville as well as his cherished nieces, Melinda's daughters Loren and Alyssa Lynch; Greg's daughter Christina; Marilyn's daughter Emily Tirado and two great nieces, Arianna and Leahanna Lynch.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 11 am at Roxana Cemetery, Roxana with Pastor James Terral officating. Friends may call on Friday September 23, 2009 from 5-7 pm at HASTINGS FUNERAL HOME in Selbyville.
