GREENVILLE, SC - Allene Cantrell Tinsley, 93, of 26 Seventh Ave., died Friday, June 13, 2003.
Born in Liberty, she was the daughter of the late William Robert and Janner Gertrude Rampey Cantrell and the widow of Johnny Alvin Tinsley. She worked for Duke Sandwich Shop before her retirement, was a member of Poe Baptist Church, and was a past president of the TEL Class.
Surviving are her three sons, Frank S. Tinsley, J. Larry Tinsley and Joe H. Tinsley, all of Greenville; a sister, Beaulah Williams, of Easley; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The service will be held at noon Monday at Poe Baptist Church, after visitation from 11 to 11:50 a.m. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery West.
