After the death of Lodemi he married Malinda Dutton February 11, 1906 in Lawrence County, Alabama.

JOE P. PEARSON DEAD

The death of Joe P. Pearson, of the Wren neighborhood, which occurred Friday, Oct. 16th, 1925, came as a surprise to many of his friends. Although he has been in poor health for several years it was not known that he was seriously ill as his last illness lasted only a few days. He was 63 years and four months old at the time of his death.

He is survived by a wife, three sons, one daughter and several grandchildren, and a host of Friends by whom he will be greatly missed. Funeral services were conducted in the Wren church Sunday by Rev. Baldridge of the Moulton Baptist Church and Rev. J. M. Roberts, of Wren.

Interment was made in the Montgomery Cemetery.
