Mr. Dick, 75, died Friday, Feb. 2, 1990, at a Longmont nursing home.
He was born Sept. 26, 1914, in Padroni, the son of Samuel and Elizabeth Roh Dick, was raised and educated in Padroni. The family moved to Crook in 1931.
Following his Jan. 21, 1937 marriage to Twilla McCracken in Sidney, Neb., the couple lived in Crook, then moved to Sterling where Mr. Dick worked at Harris 66 and Weatherill Service Stations most of his life and also worked as a custodian at the Logan County Courthouse.
He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Dick is survived by his wife, Twilla Dick of Sterling; a daughter, Rebecca Kae Carwin of Longmont; a sister, Clara Shade of Brush; three brothers, Art Dick of Grand Junction, George Dick of Denver and Leo Dick of Sterling; three grand children and four great- grandchildren.Chaney-Walters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
