Betty Louise Center Peahuff, 72, of 107 Lakeland Drive, died September 21, 2009 at McCall Hospice House.

A native of Taylors, daughter of the late Woodrow and Beatrice Culbertson Center, she was a housewife and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Jim (Jimmie) Peahuff of the home; three brothers, Joe Center and Bobby Center Sr., both of Greer and John Center, Sr. of Taylors; and five sisters, Katherine Buchanan of Greenville, Ruby Peahuff of Taylors, Ann Bagwell of Greer, Martha Hill of Pickens and Vivian Hasty of Taylors.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Dr. Danny Emory and Rev. Michael Caldwell. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of a sister, Vivian Hasty, 101 Pryor Road, Taylors, SC 29687.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, 16-A Brozzini Court, Greenville, SC 29615 or McCall Hospice House, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
