Finley Emmons HISEY, 64, St. Petersburg, Fla., died at 10 p.m. Tuesday in the Apollo Medical Center at St. Petersburg after a serious illness of one month. He was born and reared in the Argos area. The body is being returned to the Grossman funeral home in Argos where funeral arrangements are pending.

Final rites will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Grossman funeral home in Argos for Finley Emmons HISEY, 64, St. Petersburg, Fla., who died Tuesday in Florida. The Rev. Robert HANSEN will officiate. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Friday. A former Argos resident, Mr. Hisey was born July 11, 1906, in Rochester, to Samuel and Laura EMMONS HISEY. His marriage was Dec. 20, 1958, to Leona GREGORY, who survives. A retired railroad engineer, he had resided in Florida the past three years, moving from Dazey, N.D. He was a member of the Advance Masonic lodge in Glenview, Ill. Also surviving are one son, Byron Eugene HISEY, Walton Creek, Cal.; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Marie) BARDSLEY, Kokomo, and Mrs. Herschel (Georgeann) GONCE, Argos; one brother, Eugene HISEY, R.R. 2, Argos. One brother preceded in death.
