Born in Hubbard, OH, she was raised by her grandmother, Rebecca Jane Gibson, and has lived in Industry for the past 35 years.
She was a former elementary school teacher having taught for 27 years at Southside School District, as well as previously teaching in several other schools in western PA.
During her time at Southside, she founded P.R.A.I.S.E. (Parents Really Are Important Sources of Education) and also where she earned numerous teaching awards.
Other than her family, Becky's greatest passion was her faith. She found her role as a missionary as a devoted minister's wife and in the classroom. She faithfully served as the pastor's wife at 8 churches, a juvenile justice ministry, and chaplaincies at both Friendship Ridge and The Medical Center, Beaver.
Becky was a volunteer at The Medical Center, Beaver, had served as a member of the board and former treasurer of Family Services of Beaver County, and also was a board member of the John Anderson Memorial Cemetery.
She will be sadly missed by her family including her husband of 57 years, Reverend Frank R Churchill, Jr., three sons, three sisters, a brother, and 3 grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was a daughter-in-law, Kathlynn Churchill.
