Marion-Funeral services for James Lafayette Ledbetter, who died Tuesday morning, will be held in Montford Cove Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Sunday.
The pastor, the Rev Mallard Hall will officiate, and burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his widow Mrs. Rosa Houck Ledbetter; three sons and five daughters, Miss Blanch Ledbetter of the home, Mrs. Leonard Lawing of Marion, RFD 2, Mrs E.E. Mcclure, and W.W. Ledbetter of Asheville, J. R. Ledbetter of Chesnee, S. C., J. L. Ledbetter of Monticello, Ky., Mrs. Don D. Ostilis of Bolder, Colo., and Mrs. Phillip Jones of Altadena, Cal: eight grand children, 2 half-brothers and four half-sister, Homer and Ed Ledbetter, Mrs. C. F. Marlowe, Mrs. Calyton Jaynes and Mrs. Roland Ledbetter, all of Marion, RFD 2, and Ms. Waldo Ledbetter of Rutherfordton.
