Carl Mack 76, of Hannibal, passed away January 22, 2007 at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton. Born in Phoenix, he was a life resident of the area. Mr. Mack retired from Birdseye, Inc. in 1978. He served in the Airforce from 1948 to 1951. He was a life member of Prior Stock American Legion Post 1552, Hannibal. Mr. Mack enjoyed dancing, music and especially maintaining a well-manicured lawn. He was predeceased by a grandson, Michael "Hammerhead" Meisenzahl, who died in 1999. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Alice; sons, Kenny and Rick (Kristi) Mack; daughters, Joann McIntyre (Fred Truax), Linda (Mike) McCauley, Joyce (David) Garrett, Elizabeth (John) Gandy, Carla Meisenzahl (Rod Turner), Cathy LaClair; two brothers, Howard and Clarence Mack; one sister, Helen Knopp; grandchildren, Laurie, Adrienne, Kristina, Erin, Liana, Matthew, Cameron, Ashley, Devon, Tom, Amber, Aaron, Andrew, Shirley, Heather, Jacob, Amanda; six great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
