Death of Mrs. Conway
The death of Adah B., widow of the late Walter J. Conway, former clerk of Auburn Prison, died last evening at her home, 60 North Street. She was a matron at the woman's Prison and was on duty until Sunday of last week. Monday, not feeling well she stayed home but did not improve. Her condition became alarming Thursday and gradually she failed until death resulted from acute Bright's disease. She is survived by one son, Walter F. Conway. The remains will be taken to Ithaca Tuesday morning by Undertaker Hennessy on the 10:35 Lehigh Valley Railroad train, where services will be held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. Burial will be in Ithaca. Friends may call this evening.
