Mrs. Mittie Wilkes, Valdosta
Valdosta, Ga., Mar 6 - Funeral services were held yesterday at Sparks for Mittie Wilkes, who died in this city, Sunday night, her death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. E. Lindsey. Mrs. Wilkes was 75 years of age at the time of her death and she has been in ill health for more that a year. Besides her daughter she is survived by four sons, H. H., J. A., and H. W, Wilkes of Sparks, and J. J. Wilkes of Charlotte, N.C.
