Obituary (Moberly (MO) Monitor-Index, July 13, 1923)- Mrs. Virginia Alexander, wife of William Alexander, died at her home in Leesburg last night at 11 o'clock. Mrs. Alexander was one of the early settlers of Leesburg and had been a resident of that place for more than 50 years. She is survived by her husband, two sons and one daughter. The funeral is to be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at Phelps Chapel.

My comments:
Note: Leesburg is the present day Duncan's Bridge. dlt
I found her death certificate #16752. It says she died in Cairo, Randolph County, Missouri. Also her date of birth is listed as December 16, 1847. As best as I can tell it indicates her father is Joel Wine born in Kentucky and Hulda Clark, also born in Kentucky. This Death Certificate is absolutely confusing. Someone else can research and decide what is going on. It says date of death is May 17, and Burial July 14, 1923.????
